I woke up Saturday morning to a really big mess. The driver had pulled in yard on the grass and it looked like the driver just threw the package. It was sitting in my yard about 10 feet from my porch. Then he evidently got stuck and made 2 huge ruts in my yard and he must have gunned his truck because my car had mud all over it

Received email that my package could not be delivered. There is a gate number at Greenleaves-Manor. Apparently this delivery personDoes not know how to get in. Post Office has been delivering here for years with no problem. Is this a new driver? Do not return my package to sender. Gate # 1020# to get in.

I have wanted to complain about this for a long time, but have bitten my tongue until now. The Postman that works the Woodridge Subdivision needs to get off of his phone. I don't know how someone can talk on the phone all day long. I have received my neighbors mail two days in a row. I have watched him back up, drive around the neighborhood over and over because he missed a delivery. This is horrible service!!!!! By the way he is a running joke in our neighborhood, I'm not the only one that has noticed.

Worst branch I’ve ever been too, no information is given and the people there simply do not give a damn about YOUR MAIL! there is hardly ever a manager on duty to keep the rest of them in line. Do not take anything to the man with glasses he does not want to help you trust me

Why would the mail person put my package in full site of the street and not even close to my door? I have a “ring” doorbell and I watched her after the fact. That’s no regard for my purchased item.

Horrible customer service! Went to this location today and a Yvonne (I wasn’t able to see her complete name) was extremely rude. I was having a great morning and I had a very pleasant attitude Customer service training is a must!
