Our team of early education experts at Frog Street completed a rigorous and thorough review of several different state standards when creating the learning activities used in the California TK: Golden Journeys curriculum. Overlapping standards were analyzed from these documents and used to create a comprehensive list of Frog Street Standards. Frog Street’s TK learning curriculum includes digital resources to support teachers and children in the classroom and families at home:

  1. Frog Street Teacher Portal offers engaging online resources to support instruction, including teacher guides, literature, lesson plans, family letters, listening library, digital images, music, and more.
  2. Frog Street TK at Home (Coming Soon) is an interactive, hands-on program that provides daily, intentional lessons that are fun and easy to use! The activities are designed to deliver instruction to children and families online and children using a distance-learning format. All the content is aligned with the Frog Street in-class curriculum for pre-k and families at home.
  3. AIM Observational Assessment provides teachers with an authentic assessment process to collect evidence and data in order to show progress and make developmentally-appropriate instructional decisions. AIM measures 60 Learning Progressions and indicators of kindergarten readiness across four developmental domains.
